How much sleep do you get?

I doesn't matter how much sleep I get I'm always exhausted. I yawn throughout the day and lack motivation; coffee doesn't help anymore. It also doesn't improve the situation that I'm constantly bored at work. I feel sedated by full-time work to be totally honest. The drive I once had to succeed in life has faded into being nothing more than a slave to capitalism.

A couple of months ago I started using the 'Health' app to keep track of how much sleep I'm getting at night. My average time in bed is 8 hours and 30 minutes, which should be plenty for a young adult.

How much sleep do you get? Do you have any advice on how to feel more awake and motivated throughout the day?
