Taking care of your mental health at work

Leon, 8 months ago

It's scary to think that at least one in six workers is experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. I feel like mental health is still a taboo subject and lack the confidence to confront the issue at work.

I believe that employers should take more responsibility for the mental health of their employees and actively encourage a healthy work-life balance. Mental health is just as important as physical health and that's often forgotten.

I'm looking for ideas on how to better take care of my mental well-being at work as I'm struggling to achieve a healthy work-life balance. How're you managing to balance the two?
