Physical activity and your mental health

I've always found that my anxiety and depression is worse when I'm sitting at a desk all day. It's something I struggle with on a daily basis but don't have a choice in the matter. I feel myself squirming in my chair desperate to walk, run, move, anything but sit still.

It's undeniable that physical activity can vastly improve your mental well-being and I'm desperately trying to find ways to squeeze more into my day.

Does anyone have any tips?
