Complaining to your energy supplier

My supplier of electricity is Ecotricity and over recent months my bills have climbed by 74%. I know it's winter but my usage has not increased enough to justify it.

Thankfully I'm in the middle of switching to Bulb, but I'm increasingly worried about my final bill, it'll be enormous.

I've complained but they're adamant that nothing untoward is going on. Something defiantly isn't right but I'm unsure of what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
